All team members at Hope must pass a FBI background check, tuberculosis test, have a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and have up to date auto insurance and registration.

 Behavior Therapists- Behavior therapists must possess a high school diploma or equivalence.  RBT or ABAT is preferred.  Behavior Therapists work directly with learners providing 1:1 ABA therapy, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.  Data is continually collected throughout ABA therapy to track the learners progress. ABA therapy may focus on the following areas: communication, social skills, self-help, play, following directions and behavior reduction. Behavior Therapists work under the supervision of Case Supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
